My kids and I love Melissa! I started personal training with her right after the birth of my third child, about 2 years ago when I was working on getting the baby weight off. I really struggled with getting the last 15 pounds off, but Melissa gave me a lot of advice on healthy eating, and after I changed the way I ate, the weight came off fast.
As a physician I have a hectic schedule, and she has always been very flexible with her schedule. My three children always look forward to Melissa coming over to our house to exercise. They participate in our work out sessions too. I've always hated exercising, and think it's boring. I've joined gyms before but wouldn't really go since it's not an enjoyable experience. I love how Melissa comes to our house, and makes exercise more fun since I get to play with my kids at the same time. She is very down to earth.
I definitely would recommend Melissa to anyone looking for a personal trainer or advice on eating healthier.
