"I am a 60 year old manual therapist with a very busy practice and an important need to stay strong. Leaning over a treatment table all day decreases strength and weakens the core. I tried Pilates for 3 years and continued to have tremendous pain throughout the day despite going twice a week and doing daily mat exercises.
